Our Order PolicyIt is our intent to give you prompt, courteous service. Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed within 24 hours. Some restrictions may apply. We use Fedex (Ground, 2nd day air, Next Day Air) so plans cannot be shipped to a PO Box and a signature is required for delivery. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone or if you have questions about a plan, please call (682) 323-7998 and we will be happy to assist you. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:30-5:30 CST. All plan purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges, please. If you find that the plan you purchased does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another plan within 60 days of the original purchase. There is a fee of $250.00 plus the cost to ship new plans to you. A price reduction or refund will not be paid out if the cost of the new plan is lower than the original purchase. All sets must be returned and authorization given before exchange can take place. Please call if you have any questions. PLEASE NOTE: PLANS ON CDs, VELLUMS OR BOND COPIES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. |
